Progressive Palming

Palms warm. Cup over closed eyes. The session moves through three phases: settle (20s), deepen (40s), release (30s). Each phase has its own breathing pattern and its own cue.

This is the long-form version of Palming. The phased structure adds layered relaxation: first the eyes settle, then the surrounding muscles soften, then the breath itself slows. Ninety seconds is the dose that allows the cumulative effect to land. Anything shorter and the deep-release phase gets cut off before it has time to engage.
