Why flowe

When your agent is thinking, your nervous system has two real options.

You can tab to Twitter and dump your working memory of the codebase. Or you can run a thirty-second physiological sigh and keep it. flowe is the second option, sized for the wait window your agent actually creates.

Most coding agent runs return in 30 to 90 seconds. That is exactly the right window for an evidence-based reset protocol — long enough to actually shift state, short enough that you do not lose flow.

flowe ships its audio bundles inside the npm package. No network round-trip, no streaming buffer, no Cloudflare timeout. You run the command, the cue plays, the session starts.

The protocols are evidence-based: box breathing, physiological sighs, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, palming. The timing is engineered for how engineers using Claude, Cursor, and Aider actually work. Built by a team that is both.
